Citations filed against area animal facility (The Waynesboro Record Herald)

The owner of an animal sanctuary outside of Chambersburg says she is surprised to have violations filed against her by Georgia Martin, Pennsylvania dog law enforcement officer. Wanda Davenport, owner of Angel Hill Animal Sanctuary, said that when the facility was inspected in February, she wasn’t in violation of the law, she was just busy.
