The Union Bank of California Foundation has awarded $5,000 to the San Luis Obispo County Housing Trust Fund, a fund spokesman said. Jerry Rioux, Housing Trust Fund executive director, said the bank’s foundation has provided a total of $40,000 in grants since 2005.
